Cancellation & Refund Policy of Bhartiya Sangeet Kalapith

1. General Rule
All fees related to registration, examination, training, or certification are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Refund Exceptions
Refunds are allowed only in the case of:
- Duplicate/accidental payment
- Verified technical error in payment processing.
3. Required Verification
To request a refund, the user must submit:
- Payment Transaction ID.
- Proof of duplicate charge.
Processing Time: 10–14 business days.
4. Deductions
Gateway/processing charges are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, applicable fees will be deducted.
5. Final Authority
All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of the Institution and shall be considered final and binding.
